This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your credit card details may be shared with our service providers or vendors to the extent deemed to be necessary.

Various Products and Services may be procured through this website. The product description and other details provided in the website must be clearly understood before placing the orders. It may not be possible to provide all the details for all the products. Visitors can always seek additional information through the Enquiry form provided online before placing the order. ExelPlus is NOT responsible for any assumptions made by visitors.

Postponement and Cancellation of Trainings:

The training program may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case the money paid towards the training may be adjusted against the future programs.

ExelPlus will try to intimate all the attendees of the postponed or cancelled training program about it.

Whether to refund the money or not is at the sole discretion of ExelPlus.

The liability of ExelPlus for any fees paid to the training program is limited to only the amount paid for the program. Any consequential loss incurred by the attendees of the training program due to the cancellation or postponement is to be borne by the attendee.

Delivery:

The products ( like books, course material or CDs) will be dispatched safely to the delivery address provided by the buyer in his or her order. The delivery person may make a few attempts to deliver in case there is no one to receive. The delivery will NOT be made to anyone other than the person who has ordered the item or to someone whom the buyer has identified as the receiver. Buyer should be available on the contact phone numbers provided for the purpose.

ExelPlus reserves the right to deliver the consignment by whatever mode suitable to them. The person who receives the item must inspect the parcel or consignment and satisfy himself or herself that no physical damage has occurred. The parcel should not be accepted in case damage is noted visibly at the outside itself.

In case any damage is observed after opening, the person must lodge a complaint through web site or by email about the damage immediately. They should also preserve the packing with all the materials for our verification later. ExelPlus will take appropriate action as per replacement and exchange policy. No complaint will be entertained if it is lodged after 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement and Exchange Policy:

If the item is found to be damaged, we shall take a decision about refunding or replacement on a case to case basis. In any case ExelPlus will only compensate to the value of the order and not for any consequential effects. The delivery and other details will be decided on a case to case basis only due to the wide varieties of the products available through the website.
