Scrum Project Management Training

Overview


In this two-day course, you will apply the Scrum framework to build a new product. You will learn what it feels like to be on a Scrum team—experiencing many of the challenges you’re likely to face—while being coached by someone involved with the application of Scrum. For those pursuing the roles of Scrum Master/Agile Coach, Product Owner or Agile Manager this course will provide the needed foundation and will jump start your journey in these new roles.

The program uses interactive activities, situational analysis, group discussions and group exercises to introduce the above concepts. The highlight of the program is the 60-minute Sprint in which participants would work in groups as Scrum teams and will execute a project in a three-day simulated Sprint. This simulation exercise brings out many aspects of Scrum and Role of Scrum Master, Product Owner gives the participants a Hands-on feel of how Scrum works in a real life projects.

Target Audience
This training is appropriate for audiences with little or no previous knowledge of Scrum and for those who are new to Scrum and would like to operate with less pain and higher productivity. It is designed for personnel who will lead, participate in, or support commercial Scrum projects, including Team Members, Software Engineering Managers, Scrum Masters, Project Leaders, Product Managers and Product Owners or anyone aspiring to lead and work in Scrum Projects.
